TRANSPORTATION
From the Airport:
The Embassy Suites hotel is 20 miles from either Love Field (Southwest Hub) or Dallas Fort Worth
Airport.
Embassy Suites is not an airport
hotel and does not provide transportation to or from the airport .
You have several options for transportation to and from the hotel:
1. Airport Shuttle Services: Share transportation whenever possible. A
rideshare bulletin board will be available in the CRIP Registration Room to
assist with return travel to airport. Two shuttle options are available but may
require allowing extra time. Prices are subject to change.
2. Car Rental: Hertz is close enough that the hotel shuttle will
pick you up. You can rent a car at the airport and then drop it off that same
day if you plan to stay for a while.
3. Taxi: Taxi service to the hotel is very expensive, more than $50
one way from Dallas Fort Worth, although sharing a taxi could help cut down on
cost.
Contact the hotel where you will be staying about whether they provide shuttle service to and from the airport.
Also ask about shuttle service to the Embassy Suites.
Driving: Contact any of the hotels for specific directions if driving.
Parking (For Embassy Suites only): Limited Outdoor Parking - Free
Covered Self-Parking - $10 per day
