Application Service for Podiatric Residencies
The Central Application Service
for Podiatric Residencies (CASPR) is a national, centralized
application processing and computerized matching service for the
placement of podiatric medical school graduates into podiatric
medical and surgical residency programs. This program of
residency selection has been serving both applicants and
residency program directors and faculty since 1976.
The Centralized Residency
Interview Program (CRIP) is a centralized gathering of
residency candidates and podiatric resident selection committees
at one time and one place for the purpose of interviewing. CRIP
saves time and money for both applicants and hospital programs.
CRIP takes place during a over a six-day period in January.
CRIP Schedule Based on the Scheduling Questionnaires and Accommodation
Request Forms received from Residency Directors, the CASPR/CRIP
office will make all interview room and sleeping reservations at
the CRIP hotel for your program. Please do not contact the hotel
to make reservations. A confirmation will be sent to you from
our office. All changes to reservations must be made through our
